Ducati 748 916 996 998 ST 100% Carbon Fiber Front Fender

I bought this for my 996. It is beautiful! And light! I did not buy this for the lightness - only because I like CF, and I wanted to "trim out" my Ducati in a few CF bits just for my own pleasure. My CF fender is beautiful. The mounting holes are also spot on. My only grip is that the brake hose bracket, into which the cross brake hose runs, does not fit into the CF channel. The channel provided at the back of the fender is too narrow. Bestem was kind enough to pre-drill the fender in order to mount the bracket. But my stock bracket does not fit. So I left the bracket off, and I run the hose over the fender, in the channel. My steel-braided brake line has a rubber grommet where it is supposed to fit in in the bracket, and I left this grommet on, as a little cushion. The hose does not move as I turn the forks from side to side, and has not moved in the last 130 miles that I have put on the bike (and I have kept my eye on it!). Still, that was the only frustrating part of the install on this otherwise beautiful piece. There was only one, small imperfection in the clear coat finish, and it's located towards the back of the fender, where it's not visible. Bestem was having a sale on these when I bought it, and if on sale, I would buy again.
