What's new from Bestem Carbon Fiber in 2019? We're launching a new line of carbon fiber called "Bestem Fitted"! We've revamped our production line to improve parts fitment, utilizing latest 3D scanning technology and injection molding all backside connectors and knobies. In a blog series we'll walk you through the "new" making of Bestem Fitted Carbon Fiber. Today we start with the very first step of the whole process, 3D scanning a full bodywork of a motorcycle.

To ensure our parts are created from the proper form, we now scan the entire motorcycle bodywork while fully installed. Combined with part scan, we can eliminate plastic flexes during part scan, resulting accurately reproduced carbon fiber parts that will fit your bike like an OEM part.
