Alignment is KEY with this piece:

This upper-guard portion for the drive belt is small and looks as though you just screw it on with 2 screws, but requires a bit more close attention to align this piece. The 'hugger-support' (fender-support) which this is attached to may need a bit of gentle-alignment itself before you are able to get this piece to set properly. 5/8 inch dia. rubber-washers (2) can be helpful here.
