The BMW S1000RR is Bestem USA's best-selling carbon fiber platform — and it's not close. From the first-generation 2009 model to the current 2025 S1000RR, more riders search for, buy, and install S1000RR carbon fiber than any other bike in our catalog. The reasons aren't hard to understand: it's a performance flagship that demands premium parts, it has one of the broadest aftermarket ecosystems of any superbike, and its owners are serious about every gram.
This guide covers every generation of S1000RR we stock parts for, the best first upgrades for each, and a spotlight on our most exclusive piece — the racing belly pan that you won't find anywhere else.
The Exclusive Racing Belly Pan — Bestem's Standout S1000RR Part

Belly Pan — Racing Lower Body Fairing
Engine Spoiler, Twill
Bestem's S1000RR belly pan is a full racing-spec lower body fairing that replaces the factory underbody section with a single pre-preg autoclave carbon fiber panel. Designed to the same dimensions as the OEM belly pan but built from 100% real carbon fiber — not a plastic overlay. The twill weave finish is deep, consistent, and race-ready out of the box.
- 100% pre-preg autoclave carbon fiber — no fiberglass substrate
- Racing belly pan profile — covers the full engine spoiler area
- Gloss twill weave finish, UV-resistant clear coat
- Direct OEM bolt-on fitment — no cutting or drilling
- Fitment: 2020–2025 BMW S1000RR and M1000RR
- Significant weight reduction over the factory plastic belly pan
"The belly pan is the most visible single carbon fiber upgrade on the S1000RR — it transforms the entire lower profile of the bike in one install."

If you own the current generation S1000RR and are starting your carbon fiber build, here's what most riders buy first — roughly in order of visual impact and value:
Why Pre-Preg Autoclave for the S1000RR Specifically
The S1000RR runs at high sustained loads — sustained track sessions, high-RPM acceleration, and aerodynamic downforce through the winglet fairings all put stress on bodywork that cheap wet-lay carbon fiber wasn't built for. Pre-preg autoclave construction eliminates the air voids and resin inconsistencies that cause wet-lay parts to crack, delaminate, or discolor under heat and vibration over time.
Every Bestem S1000RR part is manufactured with the same pre-preg autoclave process used for motorsport applications. The finish is part of the laminate — not a clear coat that can fog or peel. You're buying a part that will still look and perform the same way three years from now as the day you installed it.
